Superb location in the heart of a charming town. Spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodations. the bed was exceptionally comfortable for a good night's sleep. the host was warm and welcoming, providing useful information about the area.
Parking in the area can be difficult, which could be a drawback if you have a car. the picnic bench outside the accommodation was a bit wobbly, making it feel unstable to sit on.

We had an incredible stay at Tannery Lane Villa in Gouda. the location was perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk from the city centre. It was the ideal spot to explore the charming town and enjoy the many good restaurants nearby, especially near the old fish market. the hostess was absolutely delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the townhome itself felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could have asked for. We especially loved the small patio where we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that was brought over by Karine, the gracious hostess. our experience rivaled the comfort and amenities of top hotel chains like the Hyatt and Hilton. We highly recommend Tannery Lane Villa to anyone visiting Gouda. Cons: Nothing, all good! 😊.

Had an amazing time at this historic apartment. The host was really helpful, meeting us personally and showing us around. The kitchen was fully equipped and had useful extras like oil and balsamic. The outdoor seating area was really cute for enjoying a glass of wine. The bedroom had original steep stairs which added character. The separate toilet and luxurious shower room were a plus. The host provided lots of towels and hot water. a wonderful stay!
The stairs to the bedroom might be difficult for some. It would have been helpful if the listing had been clearer about renting the entire townhouse.

The flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room was a great addition. It made me feel like I was at my own personal mini movie theater, indulging in my favorite shows while lounging comfortably on the bed. It was like having a little slice of luxury within reach.

This hidden gem in the heart of the city was a delightful surprise. the historic charm of the beautifully converted townhouse truly made it feel like a home away from home. the small, quiet street added a level of authenticity and charm to our city break. the host, Karine, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities we could ask for. We particularly enjoyed the cozy garden where we could relax in the evenings. the location was also perfect - just a short walk to the city center and close to public transportation.
The only minor drawback was the steep stairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom. the narrow alley required some maneuvering to enter with bicycles.

Fantastic location! The hotel was situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
While the hotel's location was ideal, the lack of clear information about the exact type of accommodation was a bit confusing. It would have been helpful to know in advance if we were renting an entire townhouse or just a guest quarters in someone's home.
